It's Finally Here!

I am very excited about tonight!

I hope everyone is having a great week and I will be back soon with pictures of the apartment. Life is still happening and I never have wifi access when I need it, I will try and do my post on Live Writer so I can post when I have access!

Tomorrow is my 42nd Birthday and I am going to see Harry Potter!

I will see it again this weekend with my aunt and grandmother, as my family is in LOVE with the series!

Never enough hours in a day.

Sorry I have been so sporadically visiting lately. I am trying but only seem to have about an hour a day and so much to see! You all have such lovely and informative Christmas posts! I am overwhelmed by all there is to do! I have FINALLY finished decorating my house. Not really a lot of decorating I just got out of the mood.

Today I am getting my Christmas cards out and mailing packages at the post office. Then I have to pick my mother up from work and go look at a house for her to rent. And my work Christmas party is tonight and I have a play at the church to go see. Guess I’ll miss a Charlie Brown Christmas this week too!

I hope to not have another busy day like this one. And I won’t it will all be done!

These three lovely pics are of a prize from Martha @ Martha’s Favorites. I really wanted this book!! The little dress is so sweet and I left the wonderful bow pin on it! The dish towel is perfect and I will never use for more than decoration!! hehe

I was also lucky enough to win from Cindy @ Fairy Tale Cottage

A lovely beaded bag of Lavender!!! It smells heavenly! It is close enough to my bed I can smell it! And it looks great with my other things too! So nice. Sachets are so funny because if they are to be hidden why are they so lovely?

Oh and I have to go pick up a copy of the 6th Harry Potter movie at some point. I have to have it or my collection will not be complete! hehe

Harry and the gang are now in theaters and I was very lucky to get to go 2 times in less than 24 hours! If you haven't been to a midnight opening go one of the next two times! They are so great!! Packed theater all really into it, it's just fun! The afternoon show today was NOTHING like last night, not even 1/2 full and the atmosphere just wasn't there. You don't really want to all movies like this but this is my 3rd HP midnight show and even a boy who sees alot of these said last night there is nothing like it!!!
I won't spoil it but you just have to love revisiting with the gang!!! It has all the bits it needed and moves the story along. Harry isn't as brooding this time and I thought that was nice (even if different from the book) and all our favorites show up even if their parts are brief to get it all in! I like seeing it twice (even though I didn't have to pee during the first one YEAH ME!!) SO I can take it all in! OH to all of my Snape lovers (Allen Rickman fans) you will LOVE this movie!!! All I'm going to say!!

Sorry for my short visits today I have to go back to sleep now after working all day yesterday, seeing 2hr 45 mins show, having a monster (nephew) sleep over, and going again today (5 more hrs) I need to go to sleep!

Tuesday update!

So for those of you who don't know Harry Potter is launching into a neighborhood near you in less than 3 hours!! I'm just a bit on the excited side!!

I'm done visiting all my lovely blog ladies and I've eaten a wonderful dinner (thanks papa Ben for cooking) and I'm off to settle everyone in and get a shower and get dressed to go to the movie!!! I'm going to arrive a tad early JUST in case they did oversell so I get a seat at the premier!! I think one of the best parts about Harry Potter is how fun they make it! Bookstores are even having events tonight!! What a great world where we can still have fun!!!

I had a nice and calm weekend where besides doing Laundry and blogging all I did was go out to eat and shop at Barns and Nobles on Saturday night. I was the lucky recipient of a $25 gift card from Sara @ Shiny Red Houses She has great giveaways often so stop by and see her! SO I was telling her what I got with my card I said I got some books

by the way the marble machhiato (sp?) is REALLY GOOD!!
I'm so into the popular stuff right now. I guess this summer I've decided to be a teenager again!!

Ok I've gotten some of this out of my system!!! In one week at this time I will have seen Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince!!!!
As you can tell I LOVE Harry Potter!!!!!
It started with the movies than I read books one through six and that was it! JK Rowling is my hero!!!!! She gave little boys big books that they wanted to read AND that their parents,grandparents, aunts, cousins, babysitters ALSO want to read!!!! If you haven't read them you should. If you have you will probably understand why I'm so excited. The books are finished so all we have are the movies and they are coming to completion soon!!

SO Thanks for hanging in there with me while I have my Harry Potter fit!!! It's been a long time coming as WB decided to change the release from last November (my birthday week to be exact! I had to celebrate my 40th without Harry!!!!) so I'm really really really ready to see this one!!!
My Aunt bought the tickets for opening day tonight online after I called to say I that news reports are that they are sold out in over 500 theaters!!! I'm not the only crazy person out there!! And I think a few of my bloglanders are excited too!!
